This simple beef recipe is one of my favorites, as it always makes me happy with the results. It certainly tastes like beef açu, but it's easier and faster to prepare. If you do not like pickles, you can exclude them from the recipe. As a side dish to this dish, boiled potatoes or rice will suit perfectly.
Recipe:
1 carrot
1 onion
3 pickles
Beef 500 grams
Vegetable oil
Salt
Pepper
Tomato paste 1 tablespoon
Water 100 milliliters
Flour
Rosemary
Salt
Bake in a preheated oven.
