I went to go check the official short film to see if anything in this promo was accurate. It was an alright animation, and bits of the lore were dropped. But nothing of the dialogue stuck out to me so far. Kent also seems like your typical hero that we've had for the last decade now. Adorkable, weak, and "thinks outside the box." I'll be interested to see where the first full episode goes, since I'm not opposed to, or going to mock a character for being average. Some times it is needed for an audience to latch onto, but I do hope to see subversion within simplicity. I adore the smaller details in a work since it adds a needed nuance that words sometimes can't capture.
