I would take a guess and say Spartans, especially the Spartan 2s, might have some extra leave-way when it comes to things that would normally get someone court marshalled. I mean, you can exactly just toss a supersoldier that was kidnapped at 5 and raised to be a literal machine of war back into civilian life, especially since that would probably expose the Spartan II program. Spartan IVs tho, probably less

Edit: In case someone is misinformed or dumb as a rock, if you want a PC, you should almost always build it yourself, especially if money is a concern. Pre-builts are a rip-off and should not be bought if you value your money, building it yourself if much more economical in most cases.

I love the potential story behind this! Think about a book about a shadow corp recovering a fallen S3, and reverse engineering the SPI armor. Maybe they even assassinated the Spartan to get the armor, or just swooped in a nabbed a body before ONI could clean everything up!

Not that I'm disappointed but I was expecting the video to be about an anti-piracy armour, like if there was a problem with people hacking the game in some way to unlock all armours they should have otherwise purchased, and this one wasn't actually available for purchase so the system would scan people's accounts and if they found the buccaneer armour know the person pirated the Armor's.

I love the buccaneer armor and other hints to a sort of private sector arms race to develop powered armor. Makes me wonder if Spartans would still have a place in a humanity were suits of power armor are as easy to buy as an armored truck

Spartan armor has cameras that provide near 180 degree frontal vision, regardless of the alleged barriers at the peripheries. A Spartans helmet could be ALL metal, and they’d still be able to see just perfectly

Best way to explain is to think that the Spartan-II program was Japanese and that the Spartan-IV program was Chinese. The first is some real quality shit that would kickass, the second is easily mass produced but is overall weaker. That's the best way to explain their methods when it comes to making shit.
