how can they make a tournament of an unreleased game...

That's always been the case for literally every eSports game. Once people can play it they want to compete and tournaments are being set up by third parties

@@StormGate Oh yea you're right, I remember all tournaments during the Beta of Warcraft 3, the first Counter-Strike, League of legends .... Now it is done almost all the time but it has not been "always" the case.
