For this to work as in the video, you have to do it in the yellow platform while facing the blue one. If you do it any other way your character will bounce and it is harder to stay on the pole.

Could you make a full guide on grabbing? I don't really like doing grabs on others but when people grab me I want to be able to take them out with a vengeance and I'm not very good at it.

Grabbing in Fall Guys is an incredibly complex science and you can never be 100% sure it's going to work like you intended to.

Not fixed, only works on Yellow facing blue, it always have. There are only two poles that don't make you bounce.

There’s only one side of poles that isn’t bouncy which is the side next to blue

Tip: when 3 boards are getting pulled, the last one to be put back won’t spawn back tentacles (but will after a while if it doesn’t get pulled away the next pull)

This bug was fixed and it no longer works, you can still timeout the round by getting on the handles or standing on top the tiles.

Actually. Only being on the yellow pillar while facing toward the blue doesn’t bounce. Every other pillar will always bounce. Edit: that’s what I’ve heard at least. I get it though. If you don’t get it in your favor. It sucks.

No he didn't; it was just was just cut very close after he fell to minimise the video time. The caption even says you can survive the slam *unless* you're too close. In this case, he was demonstrating being too close and falling.
