Mark I’ve tried to contact you a few times but no response. Maybe my emails were a bit too “Have I got a deal for you” I’m a operator from Toronto that learned to code and heavily studied Google PPC, I actually watched every one of your videos among a couple others and got quite good at running PPC. So thank you for that. The whole story is bananas. Anyways, I built some software for myself, I would have loved to get your feedback. This is not a sales pitch. Who would you recommend to build that website?

We only handle websites as a part of an online marketing package but there are plenty of inexpensive website builders out there like Weebly, Wix, etc. if you are just getting started out, I recommend something very simple. If at one point you want to start investing into SEO, that's another matter. For that you want to hire an SEO firm to build your website.
