Garlic/ oil mix not ghee. I see ghee used in alot of indian dishes. Probably a hard item to buy.

Are you using Grande Fresh Mozz in Slices?I know the shredded is Grande......I use Grande WM Shredded when I am making pizza at home.Thanks god I have.a distributor that sells me Grande by the case....My Brother bought a Case of Grande Fresh Mozz 2 7lb loafs per case and he likes the WM Shredded better,,,who make the Fresh Mozz you are using.Thankssss

Grande is such a great cheese. For the fresh mozzarella loaves domenico vitale is a great brand we use.

@@doughcheesesauce Thank you,,,I see my local pizza place making grandmas pizza and they are using Sliced Fresh Mozz but have NO clue what are the Best Brands?I was thinking most places would be using Grande Avonio Fresh Mozz but I can be wrong since Grande is a Higher priced cheese that many people try to avoid because of price....Thankssss
