Question RE posting our production music on our own website/server, like a production library (eg. Universal): Can we put up our exclusively available tracks to be heard by industry buyers, without compromising our eligibility for an exclusive synch deal?

@@MindfulPeople always check with your Library. Chances are they won’t let you publish your tracks publicly.

I don't know.

Not too loud to be honest, as trailer houses tend to do their own mastering. So the library plays it safe

Just watched this video: ( kzbin.info/www/bejne/ipvaqoCXq75mmKM } which makes it clear NOT to mix genres....and then I go to this video and in the first few minutes you are saying that injecting a trailer track with bits of other genres is a beneficial and desirable thing..... this Sync is a minefield. Eish!!!

@@KeithHutchinsonYT perhaps I wasn’t clear enough. The tracks that weren’t licensable were blending too many genres and resulting in a loss of clear focus. Hybrid approaches DO work, but likely with just 2 genres.

Interesting, you voice and the video are "out of sync" !
