Wow jeez what an insanely satisfying rigged run as Tainted Isaac, Polyphemus, Brimstone, Cricket's Head, Ipecac, Infestation 2, Magic Mushroom, Cricket's Body, Almond Milk, Glitched Crown, Inner Eye, Host Hat, Parasite. Binding of Isaac: Rebirth was great, Afterbirth was cool Afterbirth+ was like, eh, it's okay, and then Repentance came and was like BAM this is the best DLC EVER. The best mods like Q4 Isaac dance and banger songs like Innocence Glitched and Machine in the walls (my personal favorite) BIG C Section Brimstone Tech X fetuses' with ghost pepper synergies have so much potential. Add Soy Milk and Rock Bottom for a free win. Those items would be so OP together. The greatest synergy of all time. First floor is Ultra Hard, boss rush can be hard to get to. Good thing mom's knife didn't show up because that wouldn't have been fun. Even though I would of liked that item. I also like, Death Certificate, Damocles, Crickets Head, Rock bottom, Magic Mushroom and Godhead. Psy Fly, Revelation, Twisted Pair, D6 or Spindown Dice would be a cool synergy to have. Edmund Mcmillen created Super Meat Boy and I think he is a angel room enjoyer. Though Devil rooms can be Isaac Pog too, sometimes its a missed rare opportunity 0.1%. Sometimes when I get C section or Glitched Crown I laugh at my free win. Polyphemus Crickets Body Proptosis soy milk Sacred Heart + Holy Light and +10 Luck from perfection is my favorite combo. When I get dead eye incubus R key Red key mega mush spirit sword and brimstone with ipecac it feels like a won run especially with monstros lung and tech X. I love playing the lost and tainted lost, and rerolling is always fun. I also love planetarium items. The Binding of Isaac Repentance is a pretty hard game but I enjoy it, I remember How to unlock the Lost, and it sucks because its RNG. Fighting Hush Delirium Mega Satan The Beast and Mother are all fun. I love synergies and bad items. This is 1,000,000% swear on dead gods name that this description isn't only for keywords. The thing about these items is that they don’t change the game that drastically. I think keeping them is a great idea because it’s not like you just find it by chance. You have to actively go for it and you can choose to ignore it if you want

The synergy with Lil' Slugger and Magneto reminded me of a build showcase Tear Of Grace did a few years ago. It was Ludo, Cricket's Body and Magneto, and it resulted in one of the funniest synergies I've honestly ever seen. If you want to laugh your ass off at enemies being flung across rooms, dying where they're not supposed to, and Larry's head fucking off four zip codes away from the rest of his body, that is the run I can recommend lmao

honestly i love it when people play with mods on. gives the game a sense of freshness, i suppose. even tho there are like over 700 items in the game, when you play it for so long, everything kinda just blends together and you can tell at a glance what damn near every item does, you know?

I'm kind of a noob but I've loved this game since I first saw the little isaac fellow many years ago. I recently got the game and have been playing every day, I beat ultra greed and mega Satan for the first time and unlocked the lost and am now trying to beat the hush for the first time. You make the game look easy but it weirdly gives me the confidence and determination to improve, and I no longer look at the game as a "hard game" and it makes it so much more fun and now I know plenty of good tips, basically thank you so much

if you do the thing where you use all tainted items in a run, keep in mind that tainted cricket's head gives you a massive damage bonus, but will permanently lock your damage stat to that number for the rest of the run

Trinkets that increases the chance for tainted items it's called purple star except that in the mod options you have the ability to both activate the possibility of a tainted beggar to appear who will give you items that can be exchanged for their tainted counterpart and you have the option of adding a purple sparkle to every item that has a painted version.

You can get 2 T. Items but it usually requires you to get both before the first T. Room spawn and then get another T. room later.

Lil slugger is so much fun, I got a run as Tr-Keeper where I got it and I got god head and it disolved the bosses. Sadly the run was ruined by eternal candle (tainted black candle), so with curse of the blind I thought that turnovering a secret room would be a great idea (cause eternal candle makes curse of the blind have sacred orb) and I found epic feetus which ruined the entire run. Tainted items are so much fun because they are surprisingly well balanced, unlike some mod items
