It's the same problem Boro had without Hackney, sitting midfielders not tracking with purpose, putting effort in to recover but not picking up when they actually get back, leaves spare men all over. But that looks to be changing now, good management from Devs and new lad looks like he can sort that too.

Not gonna lie, it’s tough seeing my club drop so many points recently…but this is the same team that can hit their stride at any point in the season and win every remaining game. We may need to sign a game-changing defender, though. Losing our Wonderboy keeper to that loan recall has been tough.

I think what we’re not realising is that it’s our first season in a new league. We’ve just been promoted to a higher and more quality league. For example, Fulham got promoted to the premier league. We can’t just expect them to challenge for top 6 in the first season.. Even the league we dominated last season, we came 8th the season before which helped lead to dominating that league afterwards. The tags will be back!! 💪

It’s cause do two things. The tactics are so ass, just cross the ball and pray. And the biggest issue is the players. And I mean this with no disrespect some of these players just ain’t good enough. Put this squad agaisnt a team like baiteze and they are getting annihilated

Yeah, even Haysom - the first goal he could have stepped up the line with Randell and it would have been offside. Looks like Tommo really is the glue that holds the defence together, hope he is back soon.

Matty lost his runner for the first and Nathan unfortunately stepped inside to support Haysom when he didn't need to for that 3rd which left the wide man open. I think he's been the least culpable defensively of the entire backline though.

I think the lack of a holding midfielder is really hurting hashtag, the opposition don’t need many chances, because when they do there’s acres of space and multiple options with defenders running back to goal. Need someone back there sitting in front of the back 4.

Some massive positives to take away from this game, you can tell the boys are fighting hard and you love to see it. Need to find a replacement for PK. Would allow for him to not play as much keeping him fresh but also provide some support for the midfield. Camillo is class but his play style involves the risk of losing it on the turn when getting it from the cbs. Gotta fix that. Not as much of a problem with PK in but without it hurts against top sides. Defensively we are in shambles, defo need some better cbs, our lack of quality in that position is putting too much pressure on our already thin midfield

Sak Hassan is better than Jermain Francis imo. I could tell from day 1 this guy was going to be a star and in the last month or so he's finally got a consistent run of games and is adding the goals and assists to his incredible performances.

Defensively we’ve been poor during this run, Curd did a lot to save the side when he was here but something needs to give. A foul off the ball is criminal to concede a free kick. Boys need to stamp silly mistakes out and soon!

I know we've got defenders out and yada yada, but week after week we'll be 5v2 around the box and somehow they always have a man in acres of space? That 3rd goal how has their player gone unnoticed until he's got the ball? Playing defense like a club fighting relegation, but going forward like a top playoff side. Hope the defense can figure out what went wrong, cause the forwards deserve to be winning these games. He’s a great servant to the club, but Matty needs to be dropped to help him get that hunger and focus back. Constantly a liability at the back recently, solid going forward, he always is, but his defending leaves a lot to be desired.
