On my gunslinger getfixedboi world I didn't allow myself to attack till I got a gun, as I normally do. I couldn't get the musket without digging all the way up, so I got the paintball gun instead. With autofire it's actually really good for a while

@@there-is-weeping-in-the-at1746 I mean yeah, that one too, but Razorblade Typhoon is a beast of a crowd control weapon, whereas Bubble Gun has very limited range and can have several projectiles miss against smaller targets... but I agree, Bubble Gun is also really good. It's great for kiting bosses like Skeletron Prime and Plantera.

the princess spawns in automatically when you start a zenith seeded world, meaning you can get the resonance scepter pre-boss

On pre-boss, it can at least deal with the annoying chill from touching the water in the snow biome, I don't find it any useful after that as it just wastes an accessory slot that would be more useful for a mobility or offense item, literally fish for some warmth potion for better results

I remember obtaining the Paintball gun really early on (from my painter dying) not knowing where or how i got it. This ranged weapon is so damn good to have early on as you dont need any ammo. combine it with the fossil set and it just carries you through skeletron.

Fun fact! You can actually get this weapon fresh into hardmode by using the Celebrationmk10 seed where the princess can always move in. It can’t drop pre hardmode, but since there’s no check to see if Plantera is dead, you can get it right after WoF

You can get the sceptre thing from the princess at any stage in the game by using the birthday seed

On the topic of NPC weapons, please talk about the Paintball Gun. Dropped from the Painter it is a very early game weapon that can carry you quite far into Pre Hardmode. It also consumes 0 ammo which is a big deal in pre hardmode when ammo could serve to be limited.

I just wish you get the scepter without having to "kill" the princess. Like, do a happiness metre, moon phase or smth like that. i don´t know if this weapon is worthy the time it takes you to obtain it, you could go for duke fishron for even more overpower weapons to the point you obtain that one, and its easier than having to make every condition necessary for every npc and the houses for them to live, still a fun and useful weapong

Its the spectral armor set bonus bassicaly their 2 spectral armor helmet and one do small auto aim projectiles spawn and deal extra dammage when you hit something and the other helmet is the same but it heal you instead

In my opinion this is a bad weapon, you will come across fork to deal with events while grinding for armor and probably moon event summons, from moon events you get better single target and fork is capable of taking down crowds, and if you don't come across fork during the dungeon staff of earth from golem can be used to take down pillar enemies
