This Thai 🇹🇭 Jelly dessert is so amazingly fragrant, you'll want one everyday ❣️

This is an awesome Thai Dessert ❤️
[ Khanom-Tako ( Thai Jelly With Coconut Topping ) (ขนมตะโก้) ]
--------------------- INGREDIENTS ---------------------
🇹🇭 85g Tapioca Sago
🇹🇭 40g White Sugar
🇹🇭 200ml Coconut Milk
🇹🇭 70g White Sugar
🇹🇭 20g Corn Starch
🇹🇭 100ml Water
🇹🇭 1g Salt
🇹🇭 10 pcs of Pandan Leaves
--------------------- INSTRUCTIONS -------------------
1. Cut the pandan leaves and for a tiny box, then set aside
2. Cook the tapioca sago in a pot of boiling water for 10 minutes
3. Stir occasionally to avoid the tapioca sago sticking on the pot
4. Turn off heave and cover with lid, let it simmer for 15 minutes. Its done when the tapioca sago turns transparent
5. Drain and rinse the tapioca sago with water
6. Get the tapioca sago back into the pot, then add sugar in with it. Keep stirring until the sugar dissolves with low heat
7. Scoop the tapioca sago into the pandan tiny box halfway full and chill in fridge
8. Mix the corn starch with water, stir well then set aside
9. Add water, coconut milk, sugar, salt and remaining pandan leaves into the pot simmer with low heat
10. Add the corn starch water into the pot when the coconut milk mixture is about to boil, keep stirring it until it thickens
11. Remove from the heat, fill the tiny box with coconut milk mixture
12. Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours
13. Top with any fruit cubes on top before serving.
