Pierogi with cherries taste delicious. I'm from Ukraine, we cook them with both sweet and salty fillings, for example, they are made with sweet cottage cheese and raisins (but I hate raisins). When I was a child, my grandmother often made pierogi with cherries for me (now I live far away, and I miss them very much - my grandmother and pierogis) and the only downside was that no one in the family liked to remove the stones from the cherries, so they had to be spit out during food But these are still my favorite kind of pierogis. Highly recommended! 🥟 ❣️

I mean she loves a color, she isn't hurting her family. Unlike others, they are using a natural source to "color" the foods & she isn't forcing her children into anything. Her home is clean, they are cooking food together & her kids are allowed to be themselves as she is showing the world that she is such a beautiful unique light! I only liked black as a teenager. I was afraid of it when I was 5-14 and then it switched and all I wanted to wear was black. My mom was really annoyed. She kept asking “who died? Why are you always dressed like you’re in mourning?” I was into rock, and thought that black made me look more slim. Pink was like a nightmare for me back then.

Fresh, ripe dragon fruit does have a flavor! Unfortunately tho, you’ll pretty much never find ripe dragon fruit in a store. Ripe dragon fruit doesn’t ship well, so they pick it early, but the flavor doesn’t continue to develop once it’s picked. You’ll really only have good dragon fruit if you grow it yourself or are able to get it from a local farmers market.

I’m afraid you (in US) can’t taste the real flavor of many other fruits, too. Too many fruits are shipped green & unripe. I live in Poland, we don’t have exotic fruit here ofc, but we do have strawberries with such a sweet, wonderful flavor. They’re nothing like the ones I ate in the US.

16:28 actually pierogies have traditional dessert varieties! They are a versatile little Northern staple! Typically Polish dessert pierogies are filled with raspberries because they grow well in cooler climates

I can’t say a thing. I have been OBSESSED with everything red for our kitchen. It all started with the red farm sink. Now I find myself refusing useful items because they’re not red. My mom made us fruit perogi's when we were kids because we wouldn't eat the savory ones. She would use seasonal fruit such as peaches, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries. They were delicious!!! Mom would cover them in browned butter and fried bread cubes. Best comfort food ever.❤

No id say it’s just a hyperfixation, I think she could have autism and pink could be her hyperfixation. If it were ocd it’s different as with ocd you NEED to do these rituals it’s compulsive, but she doesn’t seem to be compulsive it’s just a lifestyle choice. I’m sure she would wear a non pink loutfit if she had to or eat a non pink food if she had to, it’s not compulsive like ocd which is the difference .

At first I thought this was insane but she is incredible! I love this!! When my kids were little I had so much fun being creative. I used to make green eggs and ham for instance. I also have always thought it’s important to start letting children make some small decisions on their own. It does help them in the future. Allowing them to choose paint colors, an outfit or a place they’d like to eat at. It sounds simple, but that is the place to start. This lady’s creativity was hindered as a child and she is taking control of what she wants and allowing her children to do the same. She’s awesome!💕

I agree with some of the other comments here. It’s honestly amazing that she makes it work with her favourite colour but also making food that is healthy that the kids actually like. It’s a massive feat to make sure kids also enjoy the healthy foods too. It’s amazing that she also allows them to have their spaces too. I sorta want to know if the dad has a home office or something that is just his as well but he is so cute and supportive. I honestly want the best for this family and that’s hard to say about a lot of social media families.

I LOVE BEETS! Give them another try. I suggest buying fresh beets and boiling them (no canned). They have a somewhat bland kinda veggy, clean taste. I love putting them in a salad w/ olive oil, balsamic vinegar, blue cheese or marinating in olive oil w/ fresh herbs (thyme, parsley). They ARE 100% SUPER HEALTHY for you

As a kid my mom pickled beets. She served it for dinner and we were members of the clean plate club. Our family of 7 always ate in the kitcheen nook at a table with tall backed benches....it was a tight fit. I told her it was making me sick, but I was forced to keep eating it. And then it happened...I threw up all over the table. Everyone was scrambling trying to get out of the nook cause it was dripping off the table into their laps. Needless to say, dinner was ruined. I never had to eat pickled beets again.😮

Cherry perogies are amazing! My baba used to make them every summer, she also used to do a poppyseed one. Perogies are just dumplings, you can put whatever you want in them basically Also I honestly love her channel, yes everything is very pink but it’s like she said, it’s no different than someone having a mostly white or black or neutral coloured home. She just happens to really really like pink, and it’s not being forced onto her children nor is she using insane amounts of food dye. She’s just enjoying her very pink life and it’s so nice to see.

I grew up in a 1965 ranch style house. The bathroom was pepto-bismol pink from toilet to tub to tiles the sink and floor…. It was fun when I was little but…And YES beets taste like dirt unless they are home canned ❤
