Hi , I am a beginner. Can I ask you a question? Can you tell me how to choose the jighead weight?
@JoesGoneFishing101Ай бұрын
Well if you are using a 2.5” grub they can take any jighead weight from 1/4 - 1/24. But I would recommend buying 2 packs of jig head 1 being a 1/6 and the other a 1/12 that will get you out of any problems because use the 1/6 where it is deep and a lot of current and use the 1/12 in still shallow waters. That’s my advice 👍

@@JoesGoneFishing101 Thanks for your answer, I don't have much experience.What are the disadvantages of not increasing the weight of the jighead in deep water, is there a loss of sensation in the rod?
@JoesGoneFishing10126 күн бұрын
@@yasinozkaran4417 well a lot of fish are feeding on the bottom so keeping your lure near the bottom is super affective

maybe use more than 8 pound next time
@JoesGoneFishing1012 ай бұрын
yeah its just the water was ultra clear and i was hoping for a bream. I reckon i should have just brought my small landing net.
@thekidfisho81812 ай бұрын
@@JoesGoneFishing101 yeah fair enough i would maybe go just like a 10 lb next time just so you have a better chance at not loosing flattys but it will also work on the big bream
