The USB-C power is a big draw for me. I travel a fair amount and it's so nice to just have one power hub for all my devices (including my laptop). Power bricks are bulky and awkward, and are a pain to replace when they fizzle out in foreign lands. I can definitely see throwing a mini pc in my backpack and plugging it in to TVs at hotels or airbnbs.

These small computers are usually very good for keeping in the living room entertainment center. Great for retro games, but also just web browsing on your TV in general. Side note, I played through all Red Dead redemption 2 on an Xbox One S, ran mostly at 30, but yeah, sometimes it did dip into the high 20s at around 860-900p.

Only just got the previously reviewed Trigkey mini pc.I was using my work laptop for browsing etc as i dont have the room for a desktop but this little guy has been neatly attached to my moniter , just a quick move of the usb dongles for mouse and kb and im good to go. So yeah i definitely think there is a good user case for rhem especially as they are so well priced.

1:50 I love the CONCEPT of a mini PC, but they always compromise too much, which is weird to me, in the age of Raspberry PI's being the size od a credit card, a device that's 6 inches my 6 inches by 3 inches or more, should have more than enough room for a powerhouse AND all the connectors you'd get on a typical MATX case. I mean most of the space is wasted in a full size tower anyways.

What you want is generally considered SFF and it exists but is going to cost a bit more than the mini PC's that use laptop chips and chipsets and be a bit bigger. I wouldn't be surprised if with the growing popularity of mini pc's we start seeing smaller cheaper consumer SFF machines as well.

Hey is it safe to sell a used wifi chip? I have 4 that i have replaced with intels on some laptops im selling but im not sure if the original mediatek wifi 6 card is okay to resell because ive connected to my network. Yeah you're good. The wifi login data isn't stored on the wifi device, it's stored on the system of the computer.

This is pretty much the same thing. This is just a cheaper smaller version that doesn't come with as many high end games. So it just depends what's important to you.

Can it play High end Mame games and can it do Photoshop and Lightwave 3D or Maya or Blender and can it do 3D design programs and can it do Skyrim HD with tons of Mods and can it do Starfield with mods and can it do some video editing and 3D graphics in video Editing like Premier or After Effects. Yeah that's a bummer. Only way to add storage is to upgrade the SSD. However it IS much smaller because of that, so I guess it's a tradeoff.

hmm this maybe look weird to some people but Vampire Survivor and other game who look like it is quite demanding game for low end PC or android, sure the first few wave run 60fps but after 10-15 minutes its will overload those low end CPU with so many sprite and run half than 40fps, well this from my own experience I play Vampires Survivor and HoloCure and its run not great at my low end Athlon 3000G PC even though I use 16gb ram, I still use stock performance though coz I don't understand how to OC my CPU there many tutorial but I don't want mess around with my system for now.

Hey tech dweeb. I have watched and enjoyed you and your content for over two years now. I am disabled from constant pain and don't get much money to live off of. It took me a long time to finally decide to fork out some money because I trust you and your opinions on these things. So I bought the GMKtec ryzen 7 5800U and the hyper base mix lite 4T because this video shows just hook it up and bam everything works. Either I got extremely unlucky and got a bad external hard drive from Amazon or I just don't know what? When I first got it 6 days ago I chose to play PS2 and it worked great. But when I chose next PS1 nothing happens when I click on a game. Then I chose the other choices on launch box and every game started but was absolutely unplayable. So then I went to retrobat and everything started but ran and sounded horrible which makes no sense at all for the low end games to not work. Then I switched emulators on the lower end retrobat consoles and then they ran perfectly except when I went to push start nothing happens. So I beg you please please please can you make a video showing me what to do please. Did I not download something? Is there something I am supposed to do to the hard drive? I downloaded on the PC the newest version of direct X. That's all I know. I am an old idiot that never learned anything about computers.

The best one I've tested (haven't made the review yet but it's coming soon!) is the Beelink Ser6. If you want great PS3 and Steam (PC) performance go for something like that.
