You know I have been called the Fatson after going a little too deep into Thanksgiving dinner. Seriously though this is possibly your coolest build and you have to get it out to GRIP. I will even take over the mic while you are on the track.

That knuckle is going to have to be replaced. You need a tapered seat drill bit for those tie rods. They seat on the shank (bare) part and thats what steers you. Just drilling it will allow it to spin in the seat and woller it out or loosen a non-castle nut.
