This is WHY Upper Deck was better. They didnt charge over $600 for their version of chrome when it came out. I knew Topps was going to do this. Feeding into these prices isnt going to help companies bring the cost down.

Don't understand why people are complaining about the prices. The cards are holding their value extremely well and the chance of you getting your money back is probable. To me these are a really good valuekust because of the fa t their highly sought after.

All boxes go up in price eventually if it's a desirable set that is not wildly over printed. I would just hold them for like 10 years. If you open a box you have maybe a 10% chance of getting your money back. These cards are so off centered, won't be worth grading most of them.

Talked to a card store and they are making it to where they are trying to cut card stores out. So you order directly from them. So they the card companies are trying to corner the market and take money out of businesses mouths. Then they will allow you to order a case and then give you the run around or 3 month wait time till you get more in…. The hobby is becoming lost for money. Shame

I'm not feeling this chrome set at all. Reprinting old art is a weak start. And who approved that massive marvel logo on the front of the card??? It hurts the aesthetics and detracts away from the character. This set is so far from what we hoped for as marvel masterpieces and flair ultra collectors. I have a feeling this set will fade quickly in collectors minds. These cards are currently overpriced. Note: create original art on the next run topps.
