I wish everyone understood that part of the job is putting your tools away and back where they belong. Love that you do that as you work on a tow!!! And I love that you always mention your customer’s business or vehicle for sale or another business that you feel is good - that’s a Win-Win for everyone - Casey single handedly creating community !

The audio isn't a huge deal. If people complain about a small sync issue the heck with them. You aren't an audio engineer you are a Zacklift driver, good enough is fine by me.

The amount of expertise you show when doing these jobs goes un noticed. So many judgement decisions, done with no mention of how long it take to learn what to do, are made during every towing job. I ran a rollback truck, in the very early 70s, moving farm equipment. With very little training, the opportunity for mistakes was huge. You make it seem so easy, Thank You for showing us how its done right!

probably out of sync because bluetooth sucks. also when you pulled the mic out of your sweatshirt it sounded much better. Also kudos on the 3 mile reverse.

Casey you could tell the owner, rarely does a 7.3l have a rear main seal go, it is probably something running into the engine valley and through the hole at the back of the engine. I would also start with the crank position sensor if it doesn't start.

9:30 I also installed a front receiver on my 1998 E-350 RV, but mine sticks out, So you don't have to go under to put in the pin, I installed it for 2 reasons, For my Harbor freight 12,000 pound Winch, And to Tow it out of the Beach at the Lake, when my son uses it, it didn't have where to hook on to.

I'd love it sometime if you would do a video on how to unload and then load the Zachlift. Since I have a truck camper, I'm often doing the load/unload thing so I'm curious to compare.

Something I saw another KZbin channel does (because they have 3 go pros recording at the same time) Is they do a clap so that all the audio devices peak at the same time so it makes it really easy to sync up.

A lot of video editors have a "sync by audio" feature that makes it easy to edit two sources. I was using a small sony pocket recorder for my audio, I'd load both files hit the sync and then edit out parts.

I’ve tried it many times and it almost never works perfectly. It still requires manually syncing to get correct

@@CaseyLaDelle Try a single clap (palm to palm) when you start recording - as you clap hold your hands in front of the camera and don't part your palms for a second or two. Then, when you get to the edit, you should be able to sync the visual clap with the audio recording of the same clap. Make sure your camera can capture both palms coming together.

@@CaseyLaDelle You might be better off recording audio separately to the 360 (if you can't get a direct line into the camera). Bluetooth is always a little off for this kind of thing. But I still watch your videos - really enjoy them.

As always, another great video. Yours is the only channel that I watch every video that you put out. I'll admit that I originally started watching because of the snow recoveries and the Track Jeep (still miss seeing it), but I fully understand your reasons for moving on. Watching you using the ZachLift, the versatility that it has, and the overall variety of your videos makes this my favorite channel. Keep up the good work, Oh, and awesome job backing. PS still hope to see you do a video with that "lazy Canadian Recovery Guy"😂😂

Nice video Casey! The sound on this was good enough for me that I didn't have to turn on CC. Out of synch wasn't a barrier for me on this one. Maybe some people are right about using Clap cues, I don't know. Thank you!

Hey Casey, for audio syncing, clap! The audio spike to the clapping movement makes it much easier to check and correct syncing

@@CaseyLaDelle i get the way you got the mic connected is supposed to record the audio with the video, but as you noted, it was still off. An audio spike with a visual reference, like a clap, makes it easier to tweak and align, then chop up after
