Thank you for the recommendation. I bought an identical model as a result. Loved it, less then 5m long, hence I can park in small parking spaces. Yet has everything I wanted, accommodation for 5, day travel for 8. Added to it a 350w solar panel + 30 amp DC to DC charger, roof air-conditioning and a 560AH LifePO4 battery.

What a superb campervan and very well appointed. It’s a true time capsule and has all the amenities you need, plus it looks largely like new. Its ‘originalness’ is also a huge asset in that it’s not been messed about and badly modified or updated. About the only thing to change would be the air heater, but I’d leave that alone if it’s also an air conditioner. I really like the bathroom, especially as it can be accessed from outside. Brilliant, clever and compact design. You could do with a little better camera lighting, but a great tour. Thanks

It’s amazing when a country’s manufacturing thinks about practical accessories and how to incorporate them . They care about customer satisfaction and popularity spread by satisfaction of customers. If this was made in America it wouldn’t have near the options and it would be twice the price

They seem to be going between 18 and 40k depending on mileage and options. Most are manual transmissions. The Isuzu ELF version of these and Mitsubishi versions were imported here as box trucks so at least those you can get parts and service repairs done on major highways.. But the one take seems to be that they won't sustain highway speeds for long distances. Or at least the one's I've asked about.

Must be a bit difficult to pull into gas stations- facing backwards. Love the entire design, diesel, 4x4, 5 sp and the size. Imagine if our politicians weren't bought out by radicle environmentalists lobbyists you could buy these rigs brand new HERE. And not forced to buy what you can find brought in via several countries scrounging used items, AND ACTUALLY DRIVE FROM THE CORRECT SIDE OF THE CAB. Same for diesels in Europe that EPA won't allow here.
@rustbeltrobclassic25123 жыл бұрын
They make them in gas too with the same engines they currently import to the states, blame the chicken tax, that's why they aren't here..

@@HighCountryRambler Look for an Isuzu, the same motors are in the cab overs they do import into the USA. You can still buy one from the JDM and import it here, and get parts, the reason they don't sell them here is because of the chicken tax, that's from Europe, look into it, that's the reason they don't come here, has nothing to do with politics, or diesel or anything like that since they are already here in US seating position, even the manual transmission in lightweight trucks.. i am 2 miles from an Isuzu truck dealer..
