Even lekker gekeken! Heb deze route al wat vaker gezien op andere kalen! Kan zelf helaas geen ritjes maken omdat aan het herstellen ben van een val waar ik mij knie gebroken heb en geopereerd ben daaraan, duur nog ruim een maand voordat ik weer normaal kan lopen, heb fysiotherapie en goed me best doe, zit in Baarn op de plek vlak aan de spoor baan waar ik eens over had! Komt wel goed met mij, gelukkig kan via een tablet naar jou video's naar je kijken. Bedank voor je video van vandaag en tot gauw.

Ha bert,nog veel sterkte met jou knie.tegenwoodig zijn ze heel kundig hoor.mijn buurman heeft 2 versleten knieen,nu nog maar 1.effe een nieuwe plaatsen,in 6 weken werkte hij alweer,nu alleen nog de linker knie.hou je haaks Bert,en rustig aan met de leuke zustertjes hoor,hahaha,lol. greetz:Peer.

When a train is going to pass by it’s going to blink. It’s for the people that work on the track. If it blinks they know that they need to get off the track and let the train pass by.

Ik vraag me af, je hoort regelmatig een bel geluid. Is dat het dodemans systeem dat je herinnerd om op de dodemansknop te drukken of is dit onderdeel van het ATB systeem?

Bel is van de atb en geeft een wijziging in de bewaakte snelheid aan.

No, the train set itself is travelling between Amersfoort Vathorst and Hoofddorp, and can do another service after that.

Brings back memories only somebody my age is likely to share. Somewhere around 15:30 you get the "Sock it to me" treatment. Ah the wonderful days of "Laugh In". Out of idle curiosity with all those bridges that left, draw, swing, and whatever else, do you ever end up stopped in front of an open bridge that you can see when it's open? Or do the controllers always stop you around a curve well away from the bridge? It's be fun to see some of those bridges closing as you are sitting there waiting for it. {^_^}

Yes that is possible, but rare.. Never filmed it with the bridge in sight..

het oude station sloterdijk was toch veel leuker..maar ja

En dat is al langer weg dan dat het bestond... Geopend in 1956 en gesloten in 1985. Ik ben er tussen 1977 en 1983 regelmatig langs gekomen maar heb nauwelijks nog een beeld hoe het er toen uitzag, net als de omgeving...

het was een knus station..een bloemenkraam bij de ingang..kaartjes kopen in een klein stationsgebouw..bushaltes voor de ingang van het station..de *sneltrein* tussen maastricht/zandvoort bestond nog. vlakbij het statuin de bekende bakker die sloterdijks krentenbrood verkocht..ach..jeugd sentiment
