Brian and Erin!!! 💗Thank you for doing these awesome tours from a family perspective!🙌 It is so helpful for those of us who do have children. 🤗 I think it's very pretty and residential, but it's more expensive than some houses! 🤯 We are also in that in between stage of older kids getting ready to start life and still having the younger kids with us. My hubby met you at TTO last spring! I hope to meet you someday too! 😊

The kids room desk u can put mattress on it as a extra bed, heard it mentioned
@Five2Go11 ай бұрын
That sounds about as comfortable as a normal RV bed, so why not? 🤣

Interesting layout for sure! I have 3 kids So I think this would totally hit the mark for a family traveling with two kids to have really good space for each person's autonomy!

Really great for families.

I do like the twin beds on the front. I don’t like stairs but I like the size of this RV. It’s just way out of what I can afford to live in! You look fabulous by the way!

Hi Brian and Erin! I think this is a great fifth wheel. Love the bunk room for the kids. It’s a great fifth wheel for a family. I love the name luxury. It fits this one for sure. I would get it. Thank you both for showing this fifth wheel.

I really like these front bunk layouts. By the time this depreciates enough our kids will have outgrown this one, and there is no way our SRW could pull it. Great layout, though.

im waiting for RV ovens to make the feature of air-fryer (like the residential ovens now have)
@Five2Go11 ай бұрын
Our over-range microwave is a convection microwave that also air fries and bakes. We don’t have a “regular” oven at all in our RV and don’t miss it at all. That area where the oven would be is a huge utensil drawer and a dishwasher which is a much better use of space
@elizabethragsdale778911 ай бұрын
oh@@Five2Go oh! i didnt know that was a feature in the convection microwaves

Mobile Suites has been a favorite of mine for years. My husband and I have been looking for a model like this to put on some property. It is beautiful and I love it but the price is just too steep for us! Great floorplan, love the white & bright, extra touches are nice but Oh The Price - just can't swing it!

That is definitely in the sport chassis class. I know the new 3500's can tow it on paper, but it's not fun.

IMO DRV makes a good quality product.

As a DRV owner i agree. We are quite happy with ours.

Omg, our raised ranch house is 48 feet long 😮. I can’t imagine towing this. It’s beautiful though 🎉

I think DRV’s are really nicely designed with quality finishings and great build quality. They do seem to justify the higher price tag. However, the floor vents and carpet are just not acceptable for me. Great tour Erin. More leading role for you, please.

Very cool layout. Hopefully some others will copy the layout but at a cheaper price range in the future. Have you guys seen the Prime Time Sanibel 3952FBWB? I just found it a couple nights ago and it has a really cool front bunk layout, too but half the price of this one.

We haven’t seen that, we’ll look for it!

Oh I really like this one. Don’t like the floor vents either! One of the kids can sleep on the sofa lol
@Five2Go11 ай бұрын
We can’t believe DRV charges what they do for these and they have el cheapo floor vents
@TDub_ADV11 ай бұрын
@@Five2Gonot a fan of the floor vents either since they do collect dirt but DRV claims they help keep the heat more even within the coach which is why they are that way. I dont know if there is any validity to it but they told us that when companies put them in the cabinet kick plates it disrupts the airflow and makes the coach not heat as efficiently. We own a DRV JX450 toy hauler and i will say the coach does heat very evenly and its very comfortable even below freezing FWIW. I do remove the floor plates and vac the ducts when they get really dirty. Takes me about 10 min to clean them all.

Very, very nice!!…But, PRICEY and SUPER HEAVY!!!

Very! Front bunks make a ton of sense though so we’re hoping other companies start doing them too
