I personally think what happened was that Steel Wool started working on the Bonnie Bowl level last minute, but they couldn't finish implementing Monty before the game was supposed to release, so they just put Moon in it instead.

I mean partly It seems the normal half of the Game is just a mask simulation. While the "hard Mode" is the actual place, and everything is ruined PGE (Post Gregory Event) So no customers would be served because the place is in ruins

I hate how Monty is treated. People accuse him of Glamrock Bonnie's death, he barely had much screen time in both Security Breach and Ruin! Well I think I know why Monty is here so if you have played help wanted 2 you can see not every level has a hard mode And Bonny bull is one of them so I think Monty was going to replace the crocodiles and would go back and forth out of the map and trying to eat your ball but this is most likely not true because if it was hard mode it would be ruin Monty and not normal Monty so take this with a grain of salt
