fun fact: turning on contrast mode in zombies gives you a budget death perception. It highlights enemies and allies. Zombies will be red, and any allies (like brain rotted zombies) will be highlighted blue (or whatever color you have everything set to) You can search it up in your menu otherwise it's located as the last option in Interface > Readability. You're welcome :D

If you don't like the round 11 camo grind strat or get bored with it you can do the easter egg on Terminus and farm manglers there. It has its downsides, but the 2nd phase of the boss you get infinite mangler spawns so it's not bad if you're going for just 2 weapons. 3rd phase you get infinite manglers and elites too

If mangler spawns do get nerfed, i think the best way to get opal is get to the boss fight on liberty falls directed mode, clean a round so you can save and quit, then start the boss fight. 3 manglers will spawn, after you kills those save and quit, and since it’s directed you can hit box a ton because you will have a crap ton of money

Did all my Opals in directed - but I always did a weapon fir headshots while doing so. If you plan out your grind a bit; its quite nice :) and not ss boring

Directed mode statistically is faster than the round 30 strategies considering you can get all weapons done in one whole match, I got 33 Opal and Nebula all today, Directed mode if done right is King my opinion, but the numbers do not lie 30-35 minutes per weapon and the zombie's health are always low so you never have to force pack a punch level 3 and legendary rarity. I forget the KZbinr who tested the times, but, eventually everyone will learn

It's odd that the campaign mode for bo6 has mimics and disciples in it but yet the actual zombies mode doesn't have either of them. I wish they would add them for more variety to getting special kills now that manglers are getting nerfed

Dlc map 4 or 5 will have all the special zombies in it like Cold War did I’m fairly certain. Also cod games don’t waste stuff like that so if they’re in the games files they’ll be in zombies eventually. Gotta drip feed that content how else would they keep players 🙃

Should’ve had diff weapons instead of all swords. War Hammer, Mourning Star, Flail, Spear, there are so many medieval weapons to choose from. Should’ve just carried over the Perk upgrades as augments. Too many old school perks are not anything like they were. Some things don’t need to be changed. If the zombie is dead I don’t need orbs to heal. And too many augments across the board are just absolutely terrible and not even viable. Use equipment faster?That should just be a staple of speed cola. They had to nerf everything to make it seem like you’re actually getting anything of value.

Directed mode for camos is lame but I am caving in just for the afterlife camo, 20 kills without taking damage is easily the most frustrating challenge

If anyone wants opal by the end of day on all guns 33 original guns do liberty falls Easter directed mode in the survival phase it’ll spawn 3 manglers after you kill 3 save and quit and repeat once you load back in flip the round till you see you can save and quit again after round change and farm 3 manglers you can kill 60 manglers per hour with method

the round 30 strat for manglers is slower it usually takes 1hour to get to 30, it takes 30 mins on directed though yeah its kinda boring

Takes just less than an hour to do round 33, I just did my last set of manglers yesterday, its not that bad without directed, just wish there was more manglers spawning before 31+

The game is really similar to and folllowing Bo2. Think about it, Vulture’s Aid, a large daytime map that is disliked because it isnt unique, mustang and sally back, you can tell it’s a prequel/sequel to Bo2 even in zombies

I'd rather go to round 30/36 and exfil. You can finish the opal challenge by then and with double xp you can get up to 100k or more per game. Directed mode is boring af to me. Effective, but boring.

For example, Maya, Weaver, Carver, and Grey weren't canonically in Liberty Falls during the easter egg, it's just that you can play the easter egg with them. Canonically on Liberty Falls, you're meant to be playing as a random team of soldiers
