On a note about Cloud Walker - Currently you can exit CW with a melee 'Heavy Slam', and then recast CW to cancel the end-lag of the heavy slam, meaning you can get very fast b2b2b2b Heavy Slams - what seems to be getting removed, or in this case added, is a delay between the heavy slam animation, and recasting CW. CW should still be optimal as a traversal tool, and you should be able to cast it b2b with no delay, as long as you don't cancel out of it with a melee heavy attack Or at least, thats my understanding (and hope as a Wukong main) of whats being changed

It’s how I understood it as well, I think it’s mostly to prevent magistar wukong spamming which could get you to damage cap at almost every heavy slam, which were 1 second delay from each other, maybe even less. It’s going to suck for those who uses this build but tbh I also expected it to have a nerf at some point. So they’re just letting the heavy slam animation play out instead of being canceled, which if you look at magistar’s slam animation, will definitely leave you in the open for a while.

You did get a tiny bit on Caliban’s summons left out. The distraction bois are now the only ones that regen your Shields. So you plop down a Summalist and it spawns in up to six of the little ones, these give you and your allies constant shield regen when you aren’t taking damage as well as having Decoy levels of Aggro. It’s your survival cast where the cannon bois are your status spreaders and your bonk bois are your damage dealers that copy Fusion Strike.

This Wukong change was completely misinterpreted. This ONLY affects heavy attack slamming. Not spamming cloud waller unless DE horrifically mistranslated a dev's code. If you heavy slam attack from cloud walker, then you have to wait for the animation to finish. Thats it. Its not bad at ALL. Just run amalgam organ shatter and your heavy slam spam build survive just fine.

The change to smeeta’s make them feel less unique imo. And tbh the problem with sniper rifles in Warframe isn’t so much the rifles themselves, but rather that no normal missions cater to that playstyle. They’re all far too claustrophobic for the range to be of much use. Even in missions with large rooms, most of the long sightlines are obstructed. They’re only really useable in the open world zones and even that’s pretty limited based on what objectives you get during bounties. Maybe these issues will be addressed a bit in 1999, but that won’t fix the rest of the game.

Komei is absolutely going to get nerfed immediately upon release, probably right after people that buy Komei with plat have time to play it for a few days. Getting extremely long duration invulnerability and Duviri decrees in normal missions is pretty game breaking from a balance perspective. They're nerfing frames in the same update for far more minor reasons than being able to do things like having a 3% chance to apply every status effect to an enemy, so 4 minutes of invulnerability or whatever Komei can get stands no chance of staying in the game.

2:44 They will definitely not use her fourth for helminth. I would guess her second (decree) ability would be helminth, if not that likely her third (survivability) ability. Both would remove the dice roll and never give triple 6.

@@MHBlacky_ENG Gotcha. That makes much more sense. Her fourth ability doesn't seem the greatest, so I agree. Her passive sounds fantastic and the dice mechanic seems interesting. What are you thinking for helminth? Without being able to try Koumei out, i was thinking nourish mainly. Alternatively, dispensary or the usual abilities (roar, etc).

The wukong changes arent even a nerf tbh just means you cant spam the new heavy slam build...andnif you're like me and dont use it youre pretty much unaffected
