I will confess that I came across a video that has a similar title to yours; because of this, I sought to type in "this video found you" to see what results I'd get. I found you this way. (take that how you will.) after watching your video, I can say that I found your reality tunnel or model rather fascinating in some sense, especially in the way you provide your explanation. I even like how you incorporate Albert Ellis in your explanation, I also follow his school of thought, though in a different avenue, I'll admit, and I apply his REBT model in my thinking whenever I feel down or bothered. I will argue that reality does exist, but we cannot perceive it on its terms, we can only perceive it in our own terms. we abstract reality based on how we think, feel, our ideas, belief systems, biases, etc. our nervous system registers the information that it picks up, our brain processes it and filters it, by allowing certain information into our belief system, and dismiss those that don't align with it. I'll conclude it here. take care and have a good one.

what you are explaining depends on how a person expresses spirituality. From my perspective the universe or source IS me as is everyone else so the limit IS me cuz I decide what I wish to see around the world as well as everyone else does, we all already do this by our own nature without knowing, Another interesting point that i get to the conclusion often is that spirituality is literally psychology (this includes self help etc.) and philosophy, which you probably already know. I mostly agree to what your saying nothing to complain here, all I’m saying really is that what this whole thing is about (according to my observations) is the self (mind or psyche) and about defining what it is that you really are for some see themselves as separate from universe yet connected while some others like myself see no difference between the two meaning me and god or whatever you may call it, there’s a concept called self deification which is what I rock with the most in spirituality as a whole. And it simply means what I stated above, that the individual is the source and there never was a separation (yes you have a human Body physical laws all that mess, but once all that fades away all that remains is deity above all) “know thyself and you shall know god” don’t remember who made that quote 🤦🏿‍♂️ But all n all keep the videos up you are making such a service for us fellow spiritual students and it’s doing us such a solid 😫😫🫱🏻‍🫲🏿
