I feel it should also be mentioned that such things are usually a knee-jerk reaction to destruction of the bathrooms and sometimes use of cigarettes or pot in the bathrooms between classes. Still isnt actually legal in the US (federally protected right, minimally restricted access to a restroom, both for students and workers, some restrictions are allowable, such as requiring coverage before taking a bathroom break at certain jobs, such as in manufacturing, where the machines dont stop just because you have to piddle)

Yes, it looks like they parked away from the building entrance and walked further. They have a nice car, it makes sense to protect it from stupid people. I park my car in two spots at the back of the parking lot when I get groceries and walk; I only have a Rav4 but I like it and the parking spots are those ridiculous diagonal spots. My car doesn't even fit in one spot so I just park halfway over the line into the next spot. I think it looks less stupid than the lifted trucks trying to squeeze into spots near the entrance.
