I own Elevate ZX manual and within 10 days, before 1st service, did a trip to Nainital, Almora from Delhi with family and full luggage. Used ADAS, lane drive etc features and it was really accurate. It saved a accident once when a autowala suddenly jumped in my lane without indicator. Smooth and comfortable journey, no tiredness. Got different mileage based on terrain, min 12 and max 18, which is good for 1.5 ltr petrol and it should improve after 2 services. Overall its good package and a practical car.

I have honda brio 1.2 from last ten years, but still performing fantastic, so i experienced honda ivtec engine performance. Now waiting for Elevate face-lift top cvt model, but now i expect with 360° camera, front ventilated seats, electric seat adjust, front & reverse park sensor, good nvh level & by default tpms. Its ok if It may be 50k to 1L costlier than present cost. So still can wait for 3 to 4 months more for this car.

I've had mine since November 2023, and it's been an amazing ride. This car is all about quality and reliability, especially on the highways. But my Elevate VX MT was supported with BRIDGESTONE Alloys 17”. I’m a proud owner of Honda City 2005 model and recently bought ELEVATE without a test drive. I can vouch for HONDA Engines…. They don’t require any repairs or upscale maintenance- the secret it enjoy the drive being a HONDA owner. It’s 🤩 FUN. HONDA Elevate can give upto max 21 kmpl if driven on highways and can go a low of 11 kmpl in bumper to bumper traffic of Chandigarh during Office -hours

I did test drive a day before diwali Elevate is comfortable car to drive it has good commanding seating position. Instantly i felt lot of outside noise it was disturbing when ur standstill on red light it kind of make u feel that some window is open. Also only Top variant has cruise control While doing my research (online forums) i found that milage of elevate can range between 8-11 kmpl (within city conditions). But if u compare with Kia Seltos HTX iVT it miss Panoramic sunroof, Ambient mood light, NVH, Smaller infotainment screen & Cruise control. On road price for Kia Seltos is Approx 19L and for Elevate VX CVT i got quotation for Diwali Month was Rs. 16.45L If i compare similar variants of Seltos HTX and Elevate VX, Major Difference is cabin feel good, Seltos does feel more premium and offers premium car like feeling. But elevate scores better on driving pleasure imho elevate feels more comfortable due to better seat cushioning and better seating position. If i opt elevate vx over seltos then i can save upto 2.5L. Despite of the fact i got good offer i am not able to convince myself for Honda Elevate. For me downside for elevate is that it lacks feel good factor. Honda must work on inside cabin experience. Infotainment screen integration should be revamp, Improve cabin sound insulation, Electric parking bake with auto hold, Leatherette seat with ventilated cooling option, Ambient lights, and last i personally hate ac vents it reminds me of alto/wagonr ac vents. If honda can take feedback then kindly do these changes and i am sure elevate sales can hit sales chart.

P.S. if possible then do try to add headlight performance and comparisons as well since LED headlights don't feel that assuring to use in many cases like thick fog, heavy rain or even messed up roads. The reason i bought this car during the launch itself was the engine. Always knew about the honda's 1.5 ivtec reliability and performance from last 15-20 years. Ground clearance was a massive plus give our indian road conditions are not always good. Visibility while driving on highways or anywhere is again great. Cons could be low efficiency if driving majorly in cities or bumper to bumper traffic and you have a lot of mileage on daily basis otherwise if low running not much issue.

I bought the VX version. But I miss the cruise control. Cruise control is a big selling point for Honda and it is only available on the top variant. If I go in that price bracket then I have other options as well.

Honda is f*ck*ng reluctant. I would have bought Elevate if it had Cruise control with cvt in mid varients. Only top model has that feature which is way expensive. Same problem with their Amaze. It has CVT gearbox but no Cruise Control. They need to improve their configuration if they want to increase their sales.

As someone who was in market for a new car for over a year, I can say Honda dealer sales guys lack hunger that a Hyundai or Kia sales person has. I was close to finalizing an Elevate twice but dropped out in the last minute due to lack of response. They evaluated my old mint condition City for exchange but failed to give a quote despite follow up. The sales person started following up after a good 2 months by the time I had moved on to Creta. Tried across two dealerships but had similar lackluster experience.

I purchased Honda Elevate zx CVT in the month of October 2023. This is one of the best product from Honda cars India.The zx CVT is cheaper than Grand vitara AT and Toyota AT with NA engine. The hybrid is 4 lakhs expensive than NA engine. I used S cross 1.3 diesel for more than seven years. I checked the Grand vitara. It's more or less like S cross There are some changes in the dashboard and panoramic sunroof and some minor changes. That's why I tilted towards Honda Elevate. It's agile handling on the highways and easy to drive in the traffic I love my car . The AC is too good. The NVH is not the deal breaker. This is the only Japanese product with ADAS feature.The price is very competitive.

Why elevate is not selling like their hyundai kia counterparts 1- cruise control only on top variant. Even creta and seltos base model me bhi cruise activate ho jata hai 4-5k me. 2- disproportionate glass area in comparison to size of the body.m which makes it look not smooth to the eyes. 3- no panoramic sunroof even on top model, creta and seltos provided it even in mid variants 4- no seat ventilation 5- no rear disc brakes even in top variants . creta seltos has it even in base 6-poor NVH levels. engine and road noise easily peeps into the cabin 7-single engine option. 8- non availability of spare parts in local market. Honda doesnt sells its spares in open market. For each n every small spares one has to visit honda service centre which charges the customer dearly 9- no 360 camera for a car priced 18-19 lacs on road 10- no TPMS even on top model ,no electric seat height adjustment even on top variant

Yet are unable to develop Maruti's faith, trust & confidence among Indian buyers. It's a shame for HONDA a Gaint Car Co. from Japan. They fail to offer their Best or WOW factors according to customers expectations or Competition offerings. Yet being more expensive than the competition's models. I own Honda Brio VX Automatic since 2015....mileage in Bangalore traffic is 8-kmpl and service cost is also high. Hence I would pick Toyota Hyryder or Suzuki Grand Vitara due to better mileage and lesser service cost.

Undoubtedly, Elevate is a great car in NA category with a much acclaimed I-VTEC engine, exceptional handling & ride quality, good mileage & safety! However, in my view, need the following essential upgrades 1. TPMS - available in much smaller & cheaper cars. 2. Cruise Control in VX model 3. Improved cabin insulation. 4. 360 degree camera. 5. USB ports at the back. 5. Ventilated seats can be given as an optional accessory or in a new ZX + varient with some addl features. Intriduction of above simple but important festures would surely increase sales to 4-5K pm. Honda has to work on feedback from customers & reviewers & bring about changes quickly to ensure its relevance in Indian market!

Honda should change and most importantly upgrade in terms of design and some features that are available in the competition. Aur looks kuch toh change kro bhaii honda city ke hi headlights aur tailights chipka diya hai as it is. Mtlb kuch toh effort krlo aur engine kya toh wahi same 1.5 aur gaadia ginti ki 3, kaha se compete krega Honda baakio se. Iss price point pe Elevate mei honda agar hybrid le aata toh koi nhi khareed ta Maruti aur Toyota. Honda would've destroyed the competition, but nhi rehe gye apne mei hi wahi same looks chaahe sedan ho chaahe SUV wahi same engine aur features ke naam pe cost cutting faltu ki. Mileage too is great, bs thoda demand ke hisaab se kaam krna shuru kre honda tabhi survive kr payega in the Indian Market. Inke top model mei ab RPM meter is digital but the speedometer is analog..I mean why bhai ye kaisi cost cutting hai?! Top end jaake bhi it lacks so many features. I didn't quite get how they have provided features like on what basis extreme lvl ADAS dediya which is great but baaki basic se basic features ka kya and baaki toh hai hi missing. Honda jaisi renowned company India mei bs 5000-5500 gaadia bech paari hai acc to October data, it's really heartbreaking.

I am a VW Polo TDI owner and actually waiting for Honda to add a proper hybrid option in the elevate using the same 1.5 iVtec petrol witha torque converter instead of CVT. Otherwise there is no point using a plain petrol now. The other best option is Innova hycross.

I checked the best selling variance for creta and grand Vitara in the same price range. Honda elevate does not offer less features. In fact, it offers some more features. The real reason for underselling is that honda has lost its glamour as a brand in India because they have too few cars on the road, and the second is the Honda dealers who do not discount and make the insurance and accessory pack as compulsory

NVH is a major issue in Elevate. Too much noise comes inside the car. CVT gearbox also has rubber band issue

Inke dealers ek test ride toh de nahi paa rahe hai jaipur Mein.. Gaadi kya hi bechenge.. Bura haal hai honda ka.. Aise agar customer ko sales aur service milegi toh shayad hi koi lega Honda.. Baki aapke Saare valid points hai.. 2024 Mein agar 2000 wali Gaadi bechenge toh bhai mushkil hi hai Gaadi sale ho.. Same haal citroen ka hai.. But unka engine toh fir bhi solid hai.. Problem unke network ki hai aur thoda premium features ki hai..Honda elevate pure boxy style hai.. Which doesn't look very appealing to many as well

Lower trims mein no rear wiper. In Bombay so much rain, even side windows pe bhi wiper chahiye. Thakela gaadi hay. Turbo option should have been there. Perfect car for 80+ uncle aunty.

People make a mistake going for features only I bought a Hyundai after seeing the features and premium interior made a bad decesion It has rhe worst ride quality, in one year my AC had to be replaced, then i started getting check engine light it took the service centre 3 days just to figure out the problem, My next car will be without unnecessary features but with ride comfort, safety and reliability. Toyota, Honda or Maruti depending on budget of the day.

we drove it mixed on city and highway, this mileage is not completely on 60kmph we drove it on 80, 90 and even 100 kmph as well. also we did the 0-100 speed test which is the biggest enemy of mileage, mileage drops suddenly when you do this type of test also we did the braking test. so this is mix of all.

At 60kmph it gives 20plus. Around 90kmph it gives around 17-18

I waited months for this car but it was a bit of disappointing. Things that threw me off from buying were: Less mileage. Electronics don't look modern. Rear seat sitting feels a bit less airy, meaning the windows are a bit small compared to the size of the car. Features are lacking when compared to the competition. From the exterior looks the car looks a bit more boxy. The engine has good reputation ofcourse that's why I was considering this honda city or elevate but coming from Swift dzire diesel, I couldn't enjoy an NA engine as I'm pretty used to a turbo engine as I personally find it more enjoyable. But this reason was avoidable if the above mentioned points were not there for me.

I owned an elevate to be honest there is no such noise on cabin, for me it's just like normal but you can hear the engine rev sound like a sports car

What about build quality? Mene test drive li hai. Driving experience is good but, darvaja jaise hi bandh karte hai, gadi puri hil jati hai. Aur jor se bandh karne me to dar hi lagta hai.

In my opinion elevate should have radar based adas. Also In Indian weather conditions sun roof may not be necessary. Honda must speak about its ncap rating. If Honda elevate is having radar based adas system and 5* ncap rating for adult and child without sun roof then I will certainly consider it very strongly.

In 18 lakhs none of its competitors (4m) are offering Adas,360 and ventilated seats like features. Honda has just hit the nail with keeping safety in mind first rather than focusing on fancy features. All things comes with a cost. One should not expect all features in 18 lakh rupees simply cos its a top model.

another reason for failure - no periodic updates in tune with competition...they are just selling same model...Honda Elevate Apex was ok...but changes need to be done on features which are lacking....interior looks dated now...

Honda has neglected the Indian markets like Toyota, Nissan. They only exist here for exports. Imagine over 25 years in India and 3 meh cars in the portfolio. Elevate is solid product... however the market has moved ahead with turbos, electric , diesel and creature comforts. Honda has nothing to offer except nostalgia of VTEC. They should make an exit soon.

Seems ur papa pari hoo bhai.. 😂.... u never felt the engine ivtec , it will eat all hyundai and kia.. suspension and steering feed back another level... i have driven korens cars at 90km at a tight curve.. it gave chills in the spine.. but honda elevate full confidence ....Now it comes lol safety , go check honda elevate tree crash... u ll be shocked by buuidl quality...😅😅😅 and reliable enginee honda engine are another level..

We drive car for comfort/ just drive other brand and Honda, then only ride quality which is long term requirement , Honda will be winner. Turbo is additional part of engine, so additional headache, after 10 years no electric vehicle as no one will buy it after they see existing EV owners suffering after seven years😂

For 360 camera , they only need to add 1 single camera which should be like less than 500-800 INR, common Honda, crash test it and prove it is 5* and give 360 camera and it will surpass all SUVs under 20lakh
