Good talk Maya, it reminds me of sexual transmutation Napoleon Hill writes about in his book. Where did you learn about this stuff? I believe you missed one very important point though. You see I run a business, I do yoga, meditation, CrossFit, I garden, cook etc. And yet once une a while I find myself « leaking my energy »… the reason is simple, loneliness. I think less guys would find themselves trapped if dating and meeting people wasn’t so messed up…

Daily meditation is an excellent habit. Try doing it for 10 minutes after waking up and for 10 minutes again before bedtime.

Watching this video brought back memories... I remember the moment when I stopped drinking alcohol on a regular basis. I noticed the thought popping up in my mind and it was something along the lines of let's go buy some beer. Since that moment onward I stopped drinking beer on a regular basis during weekends. I may drink a beer in a social situation sometimes, but I'm no longer craving it. It's amazing the freedom that you get from seeing thoughts as they pop up and not really acting on them. In other words not really identifying with these thoughts. Great content Magicmaya!

But logically you might see it as this and think back to why you began watching it in the first place and what emotions triggered the habit. It’s self torture and self abuse and a person only watching porn has been in either a bored state, neglected, or abused in such a way that they developed a low self worth. That’s why I said that: because porn teaches you that climax is according to the rules set by the pornographer and people who watch porn for the most part fall into the victim status of having their self worth regulated for them often paying for it in one way or another; monetary or time away from more productive and fulfilling lifestyles. Wouldn’t you say it’s a total waste of time? And if you break free from it, how long would it take to do so because of the time a person spent watching it over the course of many years or months?

You have to understand that im not against you in your effort to point out that porn is unhealthy because it is. But that people with a strong mind like me are not influenced by it. I do not objectify women. And have always valued family and love and loyalty above everything. Some of us do not need the visual stimuli but use it because it helps us feel just that much better. Some of us clearly do not support women being promiscuous or being coerced into things and getting trauma from it that spreads to the next person. I think if one watches corn they should have a strong enough mind to not be influenced by it. And to not support it even though they use it. Some people though clearly do not have a strong awareness.

​@@mikepiccolo32 man I've been retaining my seed for about 3 months and made quitting weed and alcohol a walk in the park. Never got into nicotine but I hear that really gets people by the boo boo. My family all does chew or cigs but I never went down that rabbit hole. Although this corn addiction has been tough. I would watch it everyday but it didn't interfere with my work. I never really realized it was such a problem until I saw brain scans between heroin & porn users and it made me stop. The urges make you realize how much you actually crave it 😅 I still don't think it's good even if your using it once a week because it might be causing you to be content with never finding a woman or having kids. If you don't care about that stuff, by all means, what a great thing to have but if you plan on having a family someday. I would try to quit it now while you aren't fully blown addicted to it. Ever since I stopped all my vices. My brain has been recovering and I can tell. I laugh so much more these days and I feel like a 11 year old kid before I found corn
