How do you get into flow for things you're not excited about?

This is a great question. What gets in the way of flow is our thoughts (e.g I am not excited about this, why do I have to do this etc etc) and sensations (tightness in the body). An act of psychological commitment is very helpful (e.g I am going to do this even though I am not excited about it because it serves a larger vision and I am going to be fully present with the experience). Then when you are in the experience, I recommend you do this: See resistance rising (thoughts & feelings), release the resistance (aka practice letting go via affirmations or do a short physical relaxation with deep breathing) and reset intention (going back to the frame of mind of commitment that we mentioned earlier). Overtime our brains learn that the resistance part is unnecessary and tapping into flow becomes much easier. Hope that helps!
