I'm pretty sure the place you're going has a pro shop and that you could actually purchase clubs in there quite often you can rent them for the day if you call ahead they will reserve them for you or you put the golf bag and the clubs in a box and you ship them to the event and pick them up but they get there and then have the Pro Shop ship them home for you when you're done these are all things that people do on a normal vacation or business trip

small tip for the masses on which side your petrol tank is on on most modern cars. When you look at the petrol gauge there will be an arrow next to the "F" which points to the side of the petrol tank.
