On a recent ride, I found myself saying,"OK Macky time to push harder." Needless to say I will continue therapy.

I’m not in shape to do this (I’m probably only a couple hours from Downieville area and there’s trails all over the place there), but I did buy a mountain e-bike after loving these riding videos. They’re clear and don’t have dumb music dubbed over. You can hear sounds as if you’re there and the view seems stabilized to where you’d be looking - is smooth enough I can pick out a rock or corner and not lose sight of it until it passes. My new obsession though is adventure or dual-sport motorcycles. I have a street-only Harley, I’d love to have a bike that could do some trails and the (BDR) Backcountry Discovery Route.

Keegan is on a fucking tear this summer. No shock to see him on the top step of the podium. Big ups to Macky for killin it in both stages.

Hey! Having just been in Downieville, en route back to Chico from Lakes Basin Camping, I stumbled onto your excellent channel somehow. Former mountain biker, avid kayaker, hiker, and all around enthusiast of outdoor activities, I will be pleased to add my support on Patreon. Your action footage is amazing. Glad to have found you two on KZbin...

WOW! You were both flying! Macky was skidding into the corners, max speed for the tires. This was the only way to see who had the camera. Syd, you have gotten so much faster, it's scary! Your lines didn't look like they could be any better, and missing bad rocks at the last second. Wow, this is how it's done. Awesome execution!

So inspiring! It’s awesome to have two perspectives, one that’s above my skill level and one that’s more relatable. I love to pick apart the different lines. It’s always interesting to see what an XC bike can truly accomplish! Those corners had some wild lean! And on the STs? It really shows what proper technique allows and I hope to reach that level some day. Thanks for the content! Great on all fronts :)
