@@edmurphy7484 For any announcer to be the voice of a team for nearly two decades is legendary, whether or not you're a fan of them. Jack meant a lot to Bruins fans the same way Sam does for Rangers fans, and to be in the Garden as the crowd acknowledged him for his years of dedication was a very special moment. Was he a homer? (Not a Rangers fan btw) That call against Cuylle was complete BS. Ingram comes out of the blue zone, charges straight into two players booking it for the puck like deer going for my sideview mirror, and gets knocked down by Cuylle, who couldn't get out of the way because he was checking Sergachey at the time. Utah is well known for having some of the best skiing in the U.S. it hosted the winter Olympics and will be hosting them again in ten years. It is one of the few places in the country that has year-round training for all major winter sports. Plus there was an owner ready and willing to take the team. An owner who already owns a major league sports team, has an arena, and the state set aside nearly a billion dollars for a new NHL team (Which is likely the whole reason Utah happened.) Makes more sense than Arizona. Quebec has other problems such as their language laws, lack of a viable owner, and a bad exchange rate between Canada and the U.S. It's also a smaller media market than Utah, and I am guessing Bettman wants to expand NHL viewership to non-traditional markets: hence Seattle and Las Vegas. Utah just makes a ton of sense financially and for expanding interest in the sport
