I really don't understand why they removed the SP from Rush. I honestly CBA playing it - 70,000 is too much. Even when I'm winning games and hitting boosts I'm still only getting around 2k points per game. I don't mind the mode itself, it is more chilled than any other game mode - but you're right about the incentives / rewards.

Not sure how the weekly rush rewards arent motivation enough to play? This new CB objective mode gives you double rush XP. You can get the entire thing done in 11-12 games. You get an 84 x 2 and a 83 x 3 as well as a few other packs at this time of the year that is well worth it. Especially when you consider the friendly cup is 10 wins which means you could end up playing 15 to 20 games for even worse rewards, that makes rush well worth playing.

Rush is bad if you dont play with friends. With randoms it is horrible, terrible, very bad. Either sb is not playing, you are the only defender, nobody can pass the ball or even shoot.

Exactly, need things like getting a high rating of 9.0+ 50 times gets you a pack, kind of like how they do milestones etc, doesn't have to be insane packs, but just something to grind that mode otherwise you literally are only playing for fun, which is fine when with mates but even then it gets boring if not grinding towards nothing.
