Thinking of the links lay-outs. As a first-timer last April at St. Andrews, the second round on the same courses were often times even more difficult, cause, You then knew how the bunkers are behind the gorse instead of whacking it towards the odd glimbse of the fairway looking thru a key-hole at the tee.

Love Princes. Try to get down there for an overnight in the lodges at least once a year. Got beaten up by the wind over three days at the End of March. But love it there.

Links courses can be very unforgiving, play what you think is ok and catches slopes and swales and its 50 yards off line. Looks a great course, and maybe gets overlooked by its next door neighbour
