I bought NBA 2K16 in winter 2017 so I believe the copy I purchased had the final roster updates. At some point in winter 2019 all stats suddenly changed. Jokic went from 75 to 68, Duncan went from 80 to 87, Giannis went from 83 to 79, and many more players changed. I'm guessing the rosters all reset to release date stats.
