This Was NUTS! 😆 HUGE 100 Color In The Pot Swirl Technique! Acrylic Paint Pouring.

Ive lost my mind! This video is a testament to what happens when an artist gets bored of doing the same old techniques. 🤪
The technique I used for this video is called an "In The Pot Swirl". It is a popular technique I'm the soaping world that I wanted to try in the Acrylic Pouring world because lets face it, soaping is another form of fluid art so why not try incorporating some of those techniques here. All the paints I used for today were mixed the same, even the white paint. The recipe is 1 part paint to 3 parts American Floetrol. No water. I used all medium body paints to achieve the same consistency throughout all 100 colors.

Congratulations, I've been down the rabbit hole 2 years now and haven't seen anyone doing 100 colors of any technique. I must say, I'm so disappointed to have moved to the west coast 2 years ago in fact, from NY, only to discover acrylic pour painting, with you being the very first artist I watched and follow to this day, Sooooo bummed your back on the east coast...CT was a hope skip and a jump for me... it took coming here to CA to find my true passion... only because I wanted a particular look on the wall of my new apartment. I turned to KZbin (You)... I have since gone on to follow your guidance and have gained success and knowledge to have never taken a professional class thanks to your videos. I knew right away that I wanted to teach this art form for it's theraputic benefits here for the homeless and mental health population I manage as well as colleagues. Long story longer, this video has inspired me to use the wall size canvas I purchased even before I knew what acrylic pouring was,... it's been in my living room for two years now... cudos to you, but I'll enlist about 4 more to help pour. In the meantime, that picture would look absolutely stunning on my bedroom wall... the living room and kitchen are a total .....🎉 did I tell you paint was a passion I never knew I had????.... it's taken over my apartment, 😮😢paint everywhere... but I'm happy as a TLP in...😅😅😅😅. It’s amazing how watching a video like this can really change my day. I have chronic health issues, have taken up paint pouring to help with stress, etc. I’m watching this morning after a bad health yesterday and I’m feeling better. I may even head downstairs after this and give it a go. Mind you, 100 colours ain’t happening here! Love to watch you do it but I will doing something with at least 90 less colours! Good way to get rid of a lot of unused paints at one time. Now you have an excuse to go buy new ones…lol.
