Blue Baygon was my favourite Adam, great for mossies and cockroaches. I bought two at a time, one for upstairs and one for the living area downstairs. Early evening after closing the windows, i would spray around the bedroom areas and bathrooms up stairs before anyone went up there and later i would do the same downstairs after everyone had retired.
