Something is going around now and it knocks you out. Yes, when you're sick you can't build. Take care Jim. Take it slow, don't push yourself too much, you could have a relapse. My husband got tested too but he didn't have Covid but he was down for about a week. He couldn't breathe well, lots of coughing and phlegm. He feels better now. Winterized! Good luck that the propane heater does automatically kick on this year. That grasshopper is HUGE! We will get down to 30 this Thursday overnight. Getting more cob done. Thanks for this guys.

at 74 I survived it back when there was no vaccine. I was very sick for 1 day then very tired for 2 more days. therapeutics help. inveremectine, zinc, vitamin, c and d3,Qi Gong exercises. you are young and tough so you will be ok. it really makes a person sick.

With c-19... sleep on stomach, get up every 3 hrs and walk around for 20 minutes. Vitamin D-3, tonic water (quinine), zinc, Vitamin C, plenty of fluids!

Get fresh air every few hours with deep breaths out side helped me also walk out side even if it's just in an out for a minute. I had it severe case in March 2020.

Myself and wife Helen had a scare a little while back son-in-law caught covid 19 while on holiday Helen went with them to watch the kids, so Helen's on the phone to come home early as her test came back negative she got home by taxi paid for by the rail company, I got tested and I was clear to thank goodness as I've got c.o.p.d... So guys please keep safe, wear your mask when going for supplies 😷🤗❌❌❌😎
