At 5:30 in central Louisiana my home weather station is reading 49 degrees, 61% humidity, pressure is 30.26 and no wind.

SRQ - and it’s chilly down here Friends in sc are bracing for snow - I lived there and remember snow near Hilton Head a few times but when it ices and sticks they are completely screwed without sand and salt equipment I remember seeing them throw beach sand by shovel off of flat beds and pick ups tho 😮

I doubt any snow will reach Florida. This is definitely not 2010. That was a truly cold winter. We haven’t even got to 32 in much of Central Florida yet. Too warm for anything close to snow or ice. We used to have a freeze and major frost by now. Climate change means fewer cold days for us. Last significant freeze was Jan 2022.
