Aloha from Hawaii 🌴 I love the horse. Your work is beautiful. Yes,check out the schools around you. Most schools in Hawaii have at least two fairs a year. My niece does a kids fair at school every 3 months. She crochets plushies. I kid you not.... she sells out in 20 minutes. Keep in going!!

Sorry your market wasn't good, but glad you had Sue for company. I finally had my first market. It was outdoors with a tent. I ended up with a profit of $65. I enjoyed the customers so much! Loved your horses, unicorn, and corn on the cob! I have 12 of the Just Chenille cones and I love them!

I haven't got my hands on the colours espresso or teddy bear yet but I love those colours in your horse (I would go a bit smaller in the eyes) You and Sue both need to go find a big market and share a booth, it doesn't matter if you have the same items because that will just be more colour combos for people to choose from plus it will lessen the load on you both if you bring hubbys along to help and then let them free to explore the markets themselves while you girls work

I know how disappointing a bad market is. I have been doing markets for so long I have narrowed mine to 5 that I do per year and it keeps me busy making inventory for those. Sorry about that the horse pattern was almost stolen. Glad they caught them.. I just love the horse and the mouse you have. I have not really worked with that large yarn. My only experience making stuff ed animals are patterns from Vanna that I made for my cousins baby. I want to try to make the mouse and the horse. I just bought one of those yarns from dollar tree. My daughter works there and got me some also you have more colors. BTW. It sounds like you live in FL. I moved to Indian River from NY 10 years ago. Nice chat! I lived your tutorial on the moon and stars squares. I'm working on an Afghan for my daughter. It would be finished by now but my little tazzie devil yorkie has other plans and loves to role in it. My mother keeps forgetting to close the gate to the living room I have it spread on the floor and rug..I now havr the majority of it now sewn together. It has over 100 squares and they are all different. When I get it finished I would like to make the animals again. I really love the mouse. Do you have a tutorial for that. I just do this for the family. Too much pressure to sell plus I have arthritis. You do great work.

Yes I am in FL. 100 squares is a lot of sewing. I don’t have a tutorial on the mouse as the pattern belongs to someone else I just tested it for them. It is an intermediate pattern so get some practice before tackling it.
