I think, the perfect way to metigate the size problem would be an additional frontal transparent door - sure, you already could use this thing as an interior piece between the shoots, making it a little display shelf for ones tresures, but it will collect dust as hell, for sure. But with transparent panel it would become not only a handy tool, but also a retro-futuristic interior piece, which is great.

cool idea but... 1. there is absolutely no reason for it to need a phone and an app, the item should be stand alone. 2. if i ever need one, ill just print one.... not gonna pay an insanely high 400$ for some thing i could make for 50$ or less.
