I think if you're going like max speed and close the wingsuit to where you just glide past someone with your gun out, you should die if you hit the ground,that's a bit bs to me to be honest.

If coming from a hard angle (above 30 to 40 degrees) then yea for sure, but if you start gliding and hit the pavement fast at say from 10 or 15 degrees then best would just be to slow down the player more quickly once they hit, maybe a bit of damage from sheer sliding speed. Unsure about kill tho unless it's like 300km/h from a helicopter.

i was taking your sniping tips serious and i can say, yeah its working. I had rounds with 50+ kills, dang dude. But one thing you left out: patience. Or did i missed this advide? dont know^^ but not rushing myself and watching my enemiers through the scope and see what they are doing was more helpful than just scope in - see - shoot immedietly

This game with all its problems has a lot of detail. In the clip with the camping sniper, the character closes their eyes when they ADS.

@@valdemarforsman In the beginning you learn to shoot with one eye open, but yea specialists and special forces irl learn how to shoot with both eyes open, and snipers/marksman are taught to use their scope eye to focus target and their outer eye to watch surroundings, etc (I was taught this and it's pretty damn difficult at first since you have to treat the eyes seperately).

The flanking opportunities with Sundance are insane! Even though shes not my favorite operator (operators still isn't a very good choice but might as well rank them right?), the ability to get behind the enemies so easily is pretty op.

I really appreciate the graphics and details in the character models. Look at the part where Stod wingsuits to the sniper, around 8:25, lays down next to them, and you can see the character model close their eye every time they look into the scope of the sniper rifle. Pretty nice.

They did do a good job, but if youre like me you dont close your eyes to shoot, that just lowers your field of vision. Idk if you've been closer to the end of someone's barrel like that but the concussion from the rounds fired should have made her wince, it's like getting punched in the face.

Cool story. I don't know any marksmen who don't close an eye for long range shooting. If you're in the middle of the action, sure, you need as much awareness as possible. If you're sitting way above or far away from everything, you don't need all that FOV. Percussion making them since? Come on dude, it's a video game. They're never going to get it 100% real...I just wanted to point out a cool little detail I noticed that i appreciate the devs putting in there. Maybe I should ask them to get the uniforms dirty every time your characters drops into the prone position too?

Fun fact: this “ak-24” its actually just an ak-12, the gun set to replace the ak-74m ( a more developed version of the ak-47) as main battle rifle for the Russian army. the ak-12 featured in older games like bf4 or cod ghosts is actually a prototype by one Vladimir zlobin (not Michail Kalashnikov, the creator of the ak-47) rejected by the army a few times due to problems with reliability and durability (faults that an ak CANNOT have) on top of costing way more than the ak-74m. After zlobins company, izhmash, went in to heavy finantiary peril, it actually fused with Kalashnikov, that actually saw value in the ak-12 project (and the historical reputation of the izhmash company). Under the Kalashnikov company the ak-12 got refined and developed further and that brings us to the gun we see in bf2042. Which means that while it looks like a pretty futuristic weapon, In all reality by the time 2042 rolls around we’ll be looking at this ak like we look at the M16. Edit: ok maybe not M16, but you get my point, a mainstream/slightly old weapon.

Aim assist on Console is just so broken right now. It’ll jerk your aim randomly away if you’re trying to control recoil. It’s basically worthless to use anything that isn’t a DMR or Sniper because of it.

I think I was invisible once with two enemies run past me and yet I"ve been spawned directly in front of active fire (within a micro second was dead) and no one else around (eg a team-mate they would've been aiming at). Once I dropped in a zone...in a field and before my feet hit the ground was dead and the kill-cam showed a sniper about a mile away. definitely some bugs?

After watching your other video on upgrading guns in ai lobby, and doing it, I get into the SWEATIEST matches now. How does this game do matchmaking sbm? I headshotted like 700 soldiers in 2 matches, but didn't think it would affect my pvp k/d. Pretty sure it did because everyone I play with now are like pros.
