Excellent recipe! 4:15 Level up fam! Cleaning that is wasting flavor. You could've use the onion, heavy whipping cream and pasta water to deglaze the pan of deeper flavor than the seasoning you added at 7:05. To avoid overcooking the pasta and it being to soft, try finishing the pasta in the sauce instead of the water. Gonna feed this to the family tonight!

This is perfect!! Just what I need !! I make the best lazagna !! But for yrs, I can't find good ground beef. Anyway, chx & shrimp is SOoooo good. I live in New England. Our family is Swedish and Irish. But we have Christmas dinner at my daughter's house. We have lazagna for Christmas Eve dinner!!!
