Thank you Chris for your heartfelt words of wisdom. Wow! "In all things be thankful; give thanks!" I need to flip the switch because I have been feeling so 'blah.' My health is not good, and I'm afraid of the news I will get tomorrow from my hematologist as to whether I have leukemia or cancer. Thank you God for leading me to Chris! Helping me see through eyes of gratitude will work wonders for my disposition! 😊🙏🏻 Thanks!

I have an old friend from college that lost her 29 year old son to (accidental) gun violence about 2 years ago. Although her and her husband are in therapy, I am utterly inspired by her resilience 😍. Instead of cursing God⚠️ for this tragedy, she has said how grateful she is to have had him with her for 29 years. They are not only [literally] millionaires, but with this attitude, they are wealthy spiritually

I am FLOORED that you don't have HUNDREDS of comments of thanks here for this absolutely amazing video you did. It is THE most practical, impactful, helpful and powerful thing I've listened to in awhile. I passed the video so many times to send my husband audio texts telling him word for word some of the fantastic soundbites you offered. He's driving a long distance right now so he's listening to the video too now. Then I shared it with a friend. Then I told my mom. Truly, thank you so very much for this. I'm going to listen to it as often as I need. And I'll give thanks for hearing it tomorrow morning. First thing. 🙂👍🏻💯 Excellent stuff. Everyone should be made to hear this. Everyone everywhere. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Your talk on gratitude reminded me of Catriona Gray, Miss Universe 2018. Being grateful kept her calm and focused when she was up there competing. She was always joyful. On her farewell as she gets ready to pass the crown, she thanked God!

I am thankful and grateful for you, Chris. You change my life, keeps it in sync when I need reinforcement. Your videos, esp “I Am”, reminds time and again, of who I am, loved by God. I got back my life, fought it from all the stampedes of challenges. I continue to pray for your holy journey. May God strengthen you, armor you, as you help us journey on. Blessings for your daughter and your whole family. Thank you, Chris Stefanick. God bless you. From Pauline Tan, Singapore.

I'll definitely be praying for Rosie. I'm currently dating someone with MS so I have a small window into the struggles with that. May God bless her. Please pray for my GF as well, Erin. Recently two lesions emerged in her brain so she's going to be taking a new medication soon. Thanks be to God for the most part they seem to have it under control

God never promised us life without trials. We have to remember this when the suffering comes. He suffered. We also suffer. Thinking of all she can be grateful for from their life together will keep her on the right track and help her get through. How is she doing nowadays? 💜🙏🏻

So I'm late, but if someone could answer..... Why do we have hopes and dreams then? Why do we have desires for better? Why do we make goals? Why were we created to aim at something higher, and better than what we are today. If we are just supposed to be thankful for the abuse, and neglect, for the betrayals, and the abandonment, I don't understand, because I get so mad at myself for wanting anything on this world, because I think that I am disappointing God for not just being thankful for what my life is right now. I literally can not stand being who I am because I want things, and desire things that are outside of what I think God wants for me (based on my life story)

Thanks be to God for every help He gave us on our journey to Him. We can only thank God for suffering when we understand and embrace how suffering that is united to Christ’s Passion, has Infinite Value. Suffering, all by itself, is awful and evil. Suffering united to Christ, through His Sacraments and because of His Passion, can save thousands of souls. There is NO suffering in Heaven. If we do not get to Heaven, by honouring God, then an Eternity of suffering is the result.❤ We are all created by God and for God. So, we plan and work towards goals that bring us closer to God and help us honour God.

That's not what he's saying here at all. One has nothing to do with the other. Goals are wonderful. Be thankful as you move toward your goal. Aspire to new heights. And find gratitude around you as you do that. Listen again. Sometimes it takes more than one listen. The enemy wants to block the message from you. But keep playing it until it gets through my friend. 💙💙💙
