Hi Nick, a question: I have a 20 day old campaign under your structure, I have generated 67 sales with a budget of 100 usd, but the DCTs that I have created have not surpassed the main ad, I am currently doing 2 DCTs every 3 days but they have not worked, for this reason I turn them off and create others, I am making the DCT by modifying the hook and the copy to the winning video of the main ad, what do you recommend to be able to increase my sales? I'm at $180/day budget at my target NCPA $30 My question: - I have a pair of baggy jeans that perform well, and I created a video ad showcasing the features but I can't seem to scale further. An odd thing, I had recently switched to a strucure where there's one main CBO and I added UGC videos there in the mix with image creatives, the performance of both plummeted and the video got a lot of spend. Now changed it to where a separate campaign runs the videos with a smaller budget, and the images still in the CBO, CPA down by 50% overnight.

So the ad account structure does matter, but I feel like it depends on the ad account.

Likely 2 things, 1 didn't run it long enough or 2 an ad is getting more spend than it normally does. With that being said, as mentioned in the video it's all about sticking to a structure. So if that's working for you, keep it rolling

Awesome video like always! Quick question, what does it mean when lets say you have an ad that was running beautifully for a week, getting a great CPA, then it just starts tanking. High cpa with little to no conversions. No changes have been made, no budget increases or anything at all.

Hi Nick, Nice informative video though. Creative testing is important. Catalog ads are performing best for me. But the problem is I can’t test creative here because ads are autopicking the images used on the pdp of our website. I can’t use creatives on the pdp as I want the website to be simple. When i run custom ads with 10 best products. Results are not that great as i continue to scale with catalog ads. I am scaling it further but the frequency of catalog ads are on the higher side now. I can’t put new creatives for my catalog ads as it is picking up from facebook ecommerce manager. I hope you understand my question. It will be a great help if you can answer

Run regular ads, seperately to catalog ads. Focus on ads that sell the business OR your best selling products
