If only Alan Watts were alive today. Even though his words are timeless, I’d love to see what he thought of todays world ❤️ Namaste 🙏

From his books, he already knew what the world would be like. However if people LISTEN, and put words into ACTION, than these issues would be no longer. He wouldn't be surprised at our current situation.

That's a great question but yes I do believe if you listen and listen until the point that it becomes that you don't even know you are you can then understand that he's saying what he talks about is relevant for the infinity of Infinity in time ❤

But YOU ARE ALIVE TODAY, learn to love to hear what YOU have to say of todays world. YOUR opinion and view is what truly matters to you. Don’t let another man’s outlook become yours, form your own opinion within yourself. We are all one consciousness

I have been traveling quite a lot lately and I can say that "I" is repeating itself everywhere. For instance, if I had a time machine and I could go back 4000 years and pinch a baby and let it grow up in this time, it wouldn't be different than anyone else. In other words, our technology, coupled with knowledge, is our tool, mentally as well as physically. Unfortunately, we all obsessively cling to the past, even though the future is Hier. So help the future to thrive or keep your mouth shut.

None, not even one of these "this will give you goosebumps" KZbin videos has ever given me goosebumps! I yearn for the day when I happen upon a genuine "this gave me goosebumps" video. Do the 'content creators' not realise that their false promise of a goosebumps experience is just cheapening their channel and putting off new watchers, subscribers and seekers of that elusive bump from the goose? ☺️

Is there perfect society?
@chrisjarmain Жыл бұрын
A perfect society is up for debate or is just an opinion. Let me put it this way. Flowers are beautiful. Even I agree with this. Therefore, lilacs must be beautiful. Which is then an opinion. It's seemingly straightforward, but it is, in a way, a contradiction. A perfect society is just an opinion, therefore. I'm not saying I'm right here. But it just opens the possibilities.

My question would be simply "WHY?"
@chrisjarmain Жыл бұрын
Why. He answers this with how people listen to music or dance. When you listen to music are you listening to it to get to a particular destination. If music was, then the best composers would be the ones who got to the end the fastest. Or when you dance, are you dancing to end at a particular place on the dance floor. With both music and dance, the point to both is just to listen to the music or dance just to dance. Why life. Well, to be alive is simply just to be alive. The same as these two analogies. ☮️

Well bless my soul (what ever people think that is) this man speaking has unequivocally put the lid on the jar or the cork back in the bottle as they say when nothing else makes sense... He would have had some interesting discussions with Solomon no doubt when he (Solomon) started putting his thoughts on paper (as if that were even possible) : it would be clear somebody here has left out the major part of the solution of the equation... I'm here, somebody put me here and somebody can take me out of here... What a radical concept to have to grapple with every time you put your feet on the floor each morning the Sun comes up (from where ever it has been resting out of sight)...

People need to understand allegory. God is real, Mr. Watts is wrong about God. What he's perceiving is correct, but it doesn't eliminate the possibility of God. He's recognizing Gods hand, is all.

How can you ask a question to something that has never existed? An no proof to they existence? Alan Watts speaks a lot of sense, but he should of known better to ask a question about asking god, knowing himself that it never existed in the first place. Alan Watts was a very clever man, wonder what he would feel about todays world and the way people now act.

Jesus is alive and He has defeated death. REPENT and put your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior and you will be saved from the fires of Hell.
