F80 M3 is, uncontested, one of the most beautiful modern BMWs ever created. The moderate kidney grille and beautifully proportioned shoulder lines are to die for! Kinda pity that the carbon fiber cases are not available for Android/Samsung phones yet

Aren’t you supposed to have a front plate in Japan? How they get away with it from the cop?

Right before we started filming, he took the front plate off. I believe he has a magnetic setup going on with that. He uses that to take it off when he takes photos of his car, but obviously puts it back on when he drives around the street

I got a response from them, and seems like the police haven't bothered them about their modifications. Neither of them have been fined for the mods. I only assume if you get caught doing some stupid at that point they can implement the fines

Honestly not much different than the US, usually exhaust, height, or engine modifications are illegal (state level). That’s why parts are sold for “off-road use”, but as long as you’re not being obnoxious or pulled over for some other infraction cops leave you alone.
