Btw people in this reply, if you have good pc specs you get a good fps boost, if you have crap pc specs you get low fps boost and also disclaimer, razer cortex makes using discord so glitchy people it priotizes games

Mi 1050Ti + i7 7700HQ which is supposed to be a worse laptop than yours, performs a little bit better without any "FPS booster" (even while recording at 1080p 60FPS with GeForce Experience). It means apps you tested are NOT working properly or your laptop is suffering "Thermal Throttling" or "Power Throttling", with that laptop you should be able to get more FPS than me and you are actually getting less. So, if you guys play on a "gaming laptop" first of all be sure to get rid of power and thermal throttling, then you can try FPS boosters, otherwise you will be on Kxng's situation, and will not get better FPS even using this apps.

@@MeazyTopg thermal throttling can save ur PC form dying, but it comes with a cost: u will lose performance. It is on laptop and desktop PC, but usually only laptops experience it due to bad thermal designs.

If they reach that limit it could damage the processor, thermal throttling was designed to reduce the voltage of your processor and its frequencies so that it produces less heat and that limit is not reached. The problem is that lowering the voltage and frequencies results in loss of performance, it is recommended to use "Undervolt" or a cooling pad so processor is always 10°C under the limit to preserve its lifespan

@Dribblz if your pc/laptop isn't that great you can use a lower resolution for example: 1280x720 (thats what i personally use) You need to go into your fortnite config file where you can change your game resolution. You can search how to do it on youtube

No don't use all of them, only one of them probably Razer Cortex; if you use all of them it will overload the PC and other tasks in the background causing more lag and your PC could probably crash

Hi bro , since ur laptop display is connected to ur integrated gpu , you won't be getting the display option in the comtrol panel.... However if u have a mux switch u can enable it by connecting ur display directly to ur dedicated graphics card...

If you are planning for a 165hz monitor and by your gpu, if you get a good 200 then you will be experiencing the 165 fps gameplay on fortnite.. It is so because the monitor is only capable to refresh the screen 165 times a second so anything under that limit will be the actual thing what you can enjoy And yeah it will be super smooth for the gameplay and your pc experience too…
