I take my msm with vitamin C powder. They work together. I also take food grade diatomaceous earth it is high in silica. Drink alot of water. My hair likes pure unrefined cold pressed coconut oil. It is a penetrating oil. On my scalp I make a mixture of coconut along with rosemary, lavender, tea tree and peppermint essential oils. I massage my scalp and leave everything in overnight with a plastic cap and wash out in the morning or afternoon sometime the next day. 😂
