Great video! I personally liked using ignite as more of a last resort and felt I had most success with the arcane build (arcane feedback/arcane mastery). I did get a couple ignite kills but I also had some trades that I felt I could've avoided had I just kept my distance and utilized my other spells. Was this your favorite build of the playtest?

I'm kicking myself for not knowing much more about wiz i tried it a few times solo kept dying or taking a long time to clear rooms. all i needed was to buy a dagger from the merchant and grind. hopfully its semi the same next playtest

Wizard spells launch from different places depending on the tool you are using, so when casting you need to compensate for that.

Pretty sure ignite was bugged for the entire play test. It wasn't scaling properly. Also was never supposed to add any bonuses to other spells.

I hate that if you want effectiveness with the mage you basically need haste and invisibility. There are so many cool spells, but we have to waste space and spell slots for those 2

Looking at the visuals of your weapons I'm guessing that your weapons are of quite the high grade. Ignite has nothing to do with the high amount of damage that legendary weapons deal. I can also run into high roller with a Barbarian that is wielding a legendary felling axe and 1-2 shot everything that isn't a Champion or Wraith.

Hey, i just played 10 games as a fighter, im rlly new, but each time i thought that the mage was broken, i guess i obviously lack skills, but each time my team got wiped it was by a mage, so do you have any idea how to fight against you ?

I think bows are the best option. Wizards are incredibly squishy and even a fighter with a longbow should hit 50-100 dmg head shots without a lot of gear. Wizards can't run into fighters without insane gear and catching them un-aware. Good wizards will invis in and try to take out a squishy target (rangers are the biggest threat/clerics/other wizards) and then back off and try to bully slower classes like barbs and fighters with spells. Rogues are also scary because even if you stab them down the wiz usually dies from bleed if the rogue gets a hit off. Wizards thrive on positioning, bait them into a bad position like a door way, don't cluster up to be fire balled/chain lightninged, LISTEN FOR FOOTSTEPS; you can hear a fast invis wizard's footsteps. If you're melee, stick onto your squishy targets so wizards don't have an in if you think they are going for an invis play. You can put down bear traps or fire pots so the wiz will break stealth if they take damage by running through it. Best way, I think, is to land a headshot with a bow if a wizard is trying to make it to your backline to cast spells. They're stationary when casting magic missile and very slow when charging other spells and you should 1 tap them. Wizard is pretty disgusting right now if played correctly, and it's an unfortunate aspect that they control the fight so much and have so much utility. End of the day most of the time they just can invis and run away. I hope they get nerfed; but only advice I can really give is protect your ranger and keep them on a swivel.
